Qingdao Huashida makes radiation crosslinked pe heat shrink sleeve, mainly used for anticorrosion and repair of oil&gas pipeline joints.
Recently we have two kinds of heat shrink sleeves, one is two layer, the other is three layer reinforced.
Two layer heat shrink sleeve is made up of PE back and hot melt adhesive. normal thickness is 2.0mm, usually PE back is 1.0mm thick, adhesive is 1.0mm, we could also produce it and finely turn thickness according to customers' requirements.
Three layer heat shrink sleeve is made up of PE, fibre glass grid and hot melt adhesive. transverse of glass grid is fiber glass and longitudinal is PE drawing wire. normal thickness is 1.8-2.0mm, and could finedly turn thickness according to customers' requirements.
