Huang Baodong's PERT Technology Application Report at the Uzbekistan National Design Institute
On August 31st, at the invitation of the National Urban Planning and Design Institute of Uzbekistan, Huang Baodong, Chairman and General Manager of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., presented a report on the application of insulation pipelines and new PERT technology in heating pipelines at the National City Hall, and conducted technical exchanges with guests and industry insiders present. PERT insulated pipes have ultra-high flexibility and can be rolled and released according to objective needs. There is no need to weld elbows for ultra long distances, and the excavation quantity is only 40% of that of steel pipes. Overcoming the inconvenience caused by frequent turns and narrow site during community construction, greatly simplifying the construction process. The pipeline can achieve no impurities, pollution, and obstruction, truly achieving unmanned and automated operation. A low temperature of 70 ℃ can meet the heating needs of end users, greatly saving fuel. By using fiber reinforcement to reduce wall thickness, raw materials are greatly saved, and the compressive and explosion-proof strength are significantly improved.
