The screw is composed of forced feeding section, melting solid-liquid separation section, confluence plasticizing section, homogenizing section and forced mixing section. The screw adopts large length-diameter ratio design, 33-1, the design has a lengthened compulsory feeding system, the inner wall of the screw is opened with different structure feeding groove, to ensure the rapid compression of materials. The extended forced cooling system is connected with the high temperature screw with a flange, and there is a gap of 1-3mm to prevent heat conduction to the feeding end, and ensure the rapid high pressure and low temperature advance of the material.
