As the first set in this industrytoday we will introduce the spiral shunt head.  

The reason why it is called spiral shunt head is that the extrusion channel of the head adopts multi-layer spiral shape for shunt.  In order to ensure the quality of the head, the material is 40Cr, abrasive high hardness, strong rigidity, under high temperature pressure is not easy to deformation, using polishing chrome plating grinding treatment after multi-layer spiral shunt, spiral flow smooth and small resistance.  The clockwise rotation direction is opposite to the rotation direction of the screw, which can relieve the stress formed in the extrusion process of the material, improve the strength of the generated pipe, and greatly reduce the occurrence of tube bursting phenomenon.  Expansion die and die shrinkage with 45° Angle extrusion design, to ensure the material in the forming process has good liquidity and axial tension.  The lengthened straight section can ensure that the material has high radial and axial strength after extrusion, and   the pipe is smooth and flexible after cooling, which reduces the raw material cost and the strict requirements of plastics on the machine.  To meet customers of low pressure polyethylene, high pressure polyethylene, high and low pressure mixed polyethylene and PP raw materials.  That will highly improve economic and social benefits.
