China Chemical News: Huashida PERT Insulation Pipe Production Line Passes Appraisal
Recently, Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. received a scientific and technological achievement evaluation certificate from the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association. The company has developed and designed a one-step flow coated high-density polyethylene (PERT) insulation pipe production line HSD315, which has reached the international advanced level in overall technology.
HSD315, a one-step flow coating PERT insulated pipe production line of Huashida, can compound the inner pipe, polyurethane foam layer and sheath layer at one time to effectively deal with large-area flow coating work. The flow coating insulation and guide mold can accurately control the precision, tolerance and set the thickness of the foam layer, which is not limited by the inner pipe material. It solves the problem that the "one-step" process of insulated pipes cannot detect the foam thickness when using PERT pipe production. The production line realizes full automatic production, reducing 1 to 2 operators than the traditional process.
