On July 21st, the production and delivery work proceeded in an orderly manner at the Chengyang Industrial Park of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. With overhead cranes and loaders operating continuously, a batch of components of 1620-type 3LPE steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment was being loaded into containers for delivery to the Qatar branch of the National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) of the UAE.
While equipment weight is not the sole criterion for product quality, it serves as a convincing reflection of manufacturing standards and structural reliability. The shipment included a dual extruder weighing nearly 20 tons. On-site operators confirmed that a standard 20-ton forklift was incapable of handling the heavy equipment for container loading, and therefore deployed a 30-ton loader to complete the loading operation smoothly.
Equipment weight and structural rigidity are core determinants of the 3LPE steel pipe anti-corrosion quality. Insufficient weight and rigidity of the extruder will cause vibration and displacement during operation, resulting in unstable material plasticization and extrusion. This further leads to substandard and uneven anti-corrosion coating thickness, reduced coating adhesion, and ultimately unqualified anti-corrosion performance of steel pipes.

After arriving at Huashida and comparing equipment products on site, the client affirmed Huashida’s product quality.
