The 2000mm Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line is an extra-large and heavy-duty extrusion system, making transportation highly challenging. With extensive experience in delivering large-scale equipment worldwide, Huashida has established a standardized logistics process covering equipment disassembly, protective packaging, heavy-cargo transportation, route monitoring, and on-site handover to ensure safe delivery.
Before shipment, all components are carefully protected, oversized transport permits are arranged, and transportation routes are thoroughly surveyed to verify bridge capacities, tunnel clearances, and turning conditions. Alternative routes are also prepared to avoid delays.
During loading, strict lifting procedures are followed. Nylon slings are used to protect painted and precision-machined surfaces, while die heads and electrical cabinets receive special protection. Equipment is securely fastened with rigid supports, tension straps, and anti-slip blocks to prevent movement during transit.
