Led by Chief Commissioning Engineer Zhang Yonggao, the Qingdao Huashida technical team successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a 1520mm 3PE Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Production Line in South Africa within one month, with full support from the customer. The line achieved the required standards for speed, capacity, and coating quality.
The customer, whose owner is American, highly values Huashida equipment. Our technology and manufacturing standards are comparable to those of European and American suppliers, while the investment cost is only about half. In addition, Huashida provides comprehensive value-added services, including full-process technical training, 24/7 remote support, and regular maintenance visits.
After an on-site factory inspection, the customer recognized Huashida’s strong R&D capabilities, manufacturing expertise, and craftsmanship. To meet the customer's urgent production schedule, Huashida completed the equipment manufacturing within 60 days, shipped 12 containers before the Chinese New Year, and immediately dispatched engineers after the equipment arrived on site. The project was delivered successfully and received high praise from the customer.
