Since introducing Qingdao Huashida's double-wall corrugated pipe production line in 2014, Russian customer Kipipe LLC has maintained a strong and long-term partnership with Huashida for more than ten years, achieving mutual success. Benefiting from the advanced technology and reliable performance of Huashida’s equipment, the customer has gained significant economic returns in the Russian market. Recently, driven by growing market demand, Kipipe LLC once again placed an order for a double-wall corrugated pipe production line to expand its production capacity.
The cooperation began in 2013 when the customer's management and technical team visited Huashida to inspect the manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and production processes. Impressed by Huashida’s technical expertise and strict quality control, they signed a purchase contract. After the equipment was put into operation, the high-quality corrugated pipes produced quickly gained market recognition. Over the years, Huashida has continued to provide professional after-sales service, building a relationship based on trust and friendship.
To meet the growing demand of the global market, Huashida established a dedicated R&D center for double-wall corrugated pipe equipment. The production line has now been upgraded to its fourth generation, featuring circumferential continuous sealing forming modules and pressure water-cooling calibration technology. These innovations enable continuous cooling with higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, and superior product quality, driving ongoing technological advancement in the industry.
