Jilin Huihua Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. has already purchased seven Pre-insulated pipe production lines from Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. and has now placed another order for its eighth production line.
Mr. Liu Chuanfu, Deputy General Manager in charge of production, stated that Huashida’s equipment is reliable in quality, advanced in technology, and supported by comprehensive after-sales services, giving the company confidence and peace of mind in production. Mr. Liu Chuanjun, General Manager of Huihua, also noted that although Huashida’s equipment is relatively higher-priced, the company continues to choose Huashida because of its superior quality and reliability.
Since introducing its first Huashida production line in 2019, Huihua has purchased seven 110–2000 type production lines from Huashida within just two to three years, enabling the company to manufacture a full range of pre-insulated pipes. With the expansion of its production capabilities, Huihua has grown rapidly, with its annual output value and brand influence continuing to increase. The company has become a leading enterprise in the Northeast China heating insulation industry, participated in the development of industry standards, and undertaken major district heating pipeline projects in Harbin.
As the capacity of its existing equipment could no longer keep pace with its expansion needs, Huihua once again turned to Huashida for additional production equipment. With stable and highly efficient equipment, Huashida helps customers improve both product quality and production efficiency.
After receiving the order, Huashida quickly coordinated its resources and completed the assembly and commissioning of the 1380-type Insulation Pipe production line within just three days. The equipment was then promptly loaded and dispatched to the customer.
