Verified by actual operation data of domestic projects (Panjin in Liaoning, Changzhi in Shanxi, Yinchuan in Ningxia) and overseas key projects (Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.), Huashida’s one-step intelligent production line boasts prominent advantages over traditional two-step production lines. It increases comprehensive production efficiency by 20%-50%, reduces energy consumption by 15%-25%, and cuts labor input by 40%, greatly lowering customers’ production costs and improving product yield. Meanwhile, its price is only one quarter of that of imported similar high-end production lines, delivering outstanding cost performance and popularization value.
The successful launch and promotion of this domestic high-end equipment effectively makes up for the technical shortcomings of domestic high-end thermal insulation pipe production equipment.
