Building on advanced European and American technologies and processes, Huashida has further innovated the system to meet domestic production requirements, breaking the technological monopoly of European and American manufacturers and achieving domestic substitution of imported equipment.
The production line features a proprietary intelligent control system and incorporates core technologies such as flow-coating insulation and guided-flow calibration. It integrates inner pipe conveying, film corona treatment, continuous polyurethane (PU) foaming, and outer jacket coating into a single workstation, enabling continuous one-step composite forming. The entire line is equipped with 46 full-process sensing points and uses PLC-based control combined with CAE analysis to dynamically regulate key parameters such as temperature and pressure, achieving a finished-product stability rate of over 98%.
Key equipment features include high-length-to-diameter-ratio screws, dedicated PERT dies, vacuum jacket-forming dies, fiber-reinforced winding units, and precision chipless cutting systems, ensuring accurate pipe dimensions, uniform wall thickness, and smooth surfaces.
Compared with conventional two-step production processes, the line delivers 20%–50% higher overall production efficiency, 15%–25% lower energy consumption, and 40% lower labor requirements, while the equipment cost is approximately one-quarter that of imported systems. Huashida also provides complete line solutions, factory pre-assembly and trial commissioning, as well as remote operation and maintenance services, helping customers achieve efficient, stable, and intelligent production.
