Since purchasing the first set of 3PE steel pipe anti corrosion equipment from Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2018, Kazakhstan’s Atyrau Pipe Anti Corrosion Company has kept importing Huashida’s steel pipe anti corrosion equipment over the past nine years. Recently, leveraging the superior technology and craftsmanship of Huashida’s dual composite internal steel pipe anti corrosion equipment, the company has successfully won the bid for a large scale oil pipeline project in Kazakhstan.
The newly ordered equipment covers a pipe diameter range of 73 426 mm, and is equipped with internal shot blasting derusting machine, internal liquid coating spraying machine and internal epoxy powder spraying machine. It serves as critical hardware for the client’s bidding activities. The client’s principals travelled to Qingdao for technical communication. Huang Baodong, Chairman of Huashida, received the delegation and gave full fledged bidding support by optimizing equipment automation configurations per client requirements. Later, Mr. Huang led a technical team to conduct on site surveys in Kazakhstan to refine the proposal with upgraded intelligence and optimized process parameters.
During the bidding phase, Huashida’s technical team delivered remote technical documentation and reference performance data. Professional responses were provided for core concerns including furnace structure & functions and spray uniformity & thickness control, helping the client secure the contract, which fully demonstrates the client’s high trust in Huashida.
