Qingdao Huashida has successfully commissioned a customized pre-insulated pipe production line for a long-standing customer in Ningxia. Designed to span three standard machine models—550, 960, and 1380—the line has successfully produced qualified insulated pipes, covering diameters from Φ450 mm to Φ1170 mm.
To meet this non-standard customization challenge, Huashida optimized the screw configuration, equipment coordination, and overall production line setup. This innovative solution breaks away from the traditional approach of using multiple separate machines for different pipe sizes, helping the customer reduce investment costs while demonstrating Huashida’s strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
