On October 13, Huashida successfully dispatched a batch of electrofusion sleeves to the UAE. The products will be used in a local pre-insulated pipeline project covering pipe diameters from DN325 to DN1239, providing reliable joint sealing and corrosion protection while supporting energy and municipal pipeline infrastructure development in the Middle East.

The customer was a new client introduced by an existing customer in June. Initially, the customer had some reservations. Through multiple rounds of communication and several contract revisions, Huashida responded closely to the customer's requirements and ultimately earned their trust through reliable products and professional service.
Manufactured from PE sheets integrated with a nickel-chromium alloy heating mesh, these electrofusion sleeves have undergone repeated testing to ensure resistance to sandstorms, high temperatures, aging, and corrosion. When energized, the heating mesh generates heat that fuses the sleeve to the pipe surface, providing strong adhesion and reliable sealing. Designed to suit local operating conditions, the sleeves offer stable forming and easy installation compared with conventional joint protection materials, meeting the requirements of oil and gas, water supply, drainage, and other pipeline projects.
Huashida's pre-insulated pipe equipment and 3LPE anti-corrosion production lines have also been installed and commissioned in multiple Middle Eastern countries. From customized manufacturing to final shipment, every stage of this order was subject to strict quality control, demonstrating Huashida's continued commitment to delivering stable, reliable pipeline corrosion protection solutions worldwide.
