In equipment manufacturing, repeat orders and urgent purchases are the strongest recognition of a brand’s reliability. Recently, Jilin Huihua Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. urgently ordered another 1380-type pre-insulated pipe production line, marking the eighth line purchased from Huashida over seven years.
On August 21, Huihua General Manager Liu Chuanzhuan called Huashida Chairman Huang Baodong with an urgent request. Driven by the peak construction season for heating pipelines in Northeast China, Huihua’s existing seven production lines were operating at full capacity but still could not meet growing demand. To keep projects on schedule, the customer required delivery within just three days.
Although the industry typically requires 30–50 days for production and assembly, Chairman Huang confidently committed to shipping within three days. Leveraging Huashida’s mature R&D system, standardized production processes, sufficient inventory, and efficient assembly capabilities, the company immediately activated its emergency delivery mechanism. Through close coordination and parallel operations across departments, the complete production line was shipped on schedule.
Seven years, eight production lines, and three-day delivery — a powerful testament to Huashida’s reliable quality and strong delivery capabilities.
