“This year, we have secured pipe orders worth more than RMB 300 million, and we expect further breakthroughs next year. I will not bargain excessively on price, as long as the quotation is fair and reasonable.” These sincere words came from Mr. Liu Ping, General Manager of Inner Mongolia Hengruikai Pipe Technology Co., Ltd., during his recent communication with Mr. Huang Baodong, Chairman of Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd.
Back in 2024, four sets of Huashida thermal insulation pipe production lines were put into operation successively at Hengruikai’s plant in Ordos. Having witnessed the advanced technology and stable performance of Huashida’s equipment, Mr. Liu spoke highly of the solution. He carefully inspected every component of Huashida’s insulation pipe lines, blast cleaning machines and foam generators. In his view, the equipment features scientific design, well-matched configuration, high automation, fast production speed and consistent running status, which reliably stabilizes product quality.
Since commissioning, Huashida’s insulation pipe lines can run continuously for three months before scheduled maintenance. Only one operator is required to handle the whole workflow from pipe feeding to finished pipe discharge, fully demonstrating Huashida’s advantages in stability, intelligence and reliability.
To cut production costs and reduce manpower, Hengruikai requires highly intelligent control systems. As the company plans to launch large-scale production of internally epoxy-coated and externally 3LPE coated steel pipes next year, it is eager to expand cooperation with Huashida and procure the complete anti-corrosion coating lines.
When discussing the new coating line purchase, Mr. Liu stated frankly: “You get what you pay for. Huashida’s equipment quality speaks for itself. We will prioritize Huashida’s advanced anti-corrosion production lines provided the price is reasonable.”
Built on solid mutual trust, the cooperation between the two parties keeps expanding. Starting from thermal insulation pipe lines, blast cleaning equipment and foam machines, their partnership now extends into steel pipe anti-corrosion field, creating win-win results through deeper collaboration.
